Your parking, back under control.
A stranger in a resident’s spot, a car blocking the loading dock, a vehicle abandoned in visitor parking for weeks. Private property towing solves these problems, but every GTA city has its own by-law and enforcement process. A tow done wrong can come back on the property owner.
We help condo boards, property managers and business owners across the GTA set up parking enforcement properly, then remove unauthorized vehicles quickly and professionally when the rules allow it.
In most cases, towing and storage fees are paid by the vehicle owner, not by your property.

How private property towing works in the GTA
A tow company can’t simply decide to remove a car from private property. Each city sets its own conditions, and Ontario’s Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act applies everywhere. The general process looks like this.
Set up the property
Property boundaries must be clear, and the right signs must be posted where drivers can see them.
Arrange enforcement
The property sets up parking enforcement the way its city requires, with authorized officers or agents.
Vehicle is ticketed
An authorized officer tickets the vehicle under the local by-law.
We tow the vehicle
Only once the local requirements are met. We photograph the vehicle and record where and when it was towed.
Vehicle is stored
The vehicle goes to a secure storage yard, where the owner can collect it.
Owner picks it up
The owner pays the regulated towing and storage fees, and can collect personal items at no charge.

Properties we serve
Every property has different parking problems. We tailor enforcement to yours.
Condominiums
Visitor parking abuse, residents in the wrong stall, cars blocking garage ramps and long-term abandoned vehicles.
Apartment Buildings
Tenant-only lots, permit parking and visitor spaces taken by non-residents.
Retail Plazas
Commuters and neighbours using customer parking all day, pushing your customers away.
Office Buildings
Reserved staff and executive spots, delivery zones and after-hours lot misuse.
Industrial & Warehouses
Blocked loading docks, truck routes and yards used for unauthorized storage.
Restaurants & Hotels
Guest and customer parking kept free for the people who pay to use it.
Signs come first.
Without proper signs, enforcement can be delayed or refused. Requirements depend on your city’s by-law, but parking signs usually need to show:
- Who may park. Residents, permit holders, customers or staff only.
- That violators will be ticketed and towed. At the vehicle owner's expense.
- The right by-law reference. Each city has its own, so check yours before you post.
- Placement drivers can see. At every entrance, and visible at night if rules apply after dark.
Not sure your signs are right? Send us photos on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you what to fix before you start towing.

Was your car towed?
If your car was towed from a private lot, condo or plaza in the GTA, here’s how to get it back. Towing and storage fees are regulated, and you have rights under Ontario law.
Storage fees add up every day, so it’s best to pick up your vehicle as soon as you can.
Find your vehicle
Check the parking signs for the tow company’s name and phone number.
Call us before you come
+1 (437) 460-6320. We’ll confirm we have your vehicle and the total owing.
Bring your documents
Driver’s licence, vehicle ownership and proof of insurance.
Pick it up
We’ll give you the storage yard address and hours when you call. You’ll get an itemized invoice before you pay.
Need your belongings first?
You can collect personal items from your vehicle at no charge.
Towing that protects you.
When a private property tow goes wrong, the property manager gets the angry phone calls. We do it by the book so it doesn’t come back on you.
- Rules first. We only tow when signage, authorization and ticketing requirements are met.
- Flatbed only. No dragging, which means fewer damage disputes from vehicle owners.
- Records for every tow. Photos, time, plate and location for your files.
- Calm, professional drivers. If an owner shows up during a tow, our drivers keep things respectful.
- Low-clearance capable. Condo and office garages are no problem.

For property owners & managers
Usually not on your call alone. Each GTA city requires proper signs and has its own enforcement process. Call us and we’ll explain the fastest legal route for your property.
In most cases, no. The towing and storage fees are paid by the owner of the towed vehicle. Some services, like signage or scheduled patrols, may have a cost. We’ll tell you up front.
Only the property owner or someone with legal authority to act for it, such as a property manager, condo manager or authorized building representative. We’ll ask you to sign a towing authorization before enforcement starts.
It depends on your city’s by-law. Signs usually state who may park, that unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense, and the right by-law reference. Send us photos and we’ll check them.
Yes. Abandoned vehicles follow the same legal process: proper signage, ticketing and authorization, then removal to secure storage.
Yes. We handle low-clearance condo and office garages. See our underground towing page for details.

If the car is on a public street, contact your city’s parking enforcement. A private tow company can’t remove vehicles from public roads on its own.
