Vaughan collisions

York Region rules, explained simply.

Vaughan is policed by York Regional Police, and its collision reporting works differently from Toronto’s. There’s no Toronto-style CRC stop: York has moved most minor collision reports online, and we’ll help you find the right way to report. We take your car from the scene straight to your mechanic, dealer or body shop, with photos and an itemized invoice for your insurance claim.

You choose your tow company and where your car goes. That’s your right under Ontario law.
